1. Used Car Trading Platform
We are not a car dealer and we provide only a service whereby dealers or Sellers may trade the used car and you may see car details (“Details”) together with other content developed by us. Sellers or Dealers are responsible for preparing the Details and fielding inquiries directly from you. We do not get involved in any communicationsn between you and dealers and we do not participate in any part of the financial transaction.
You are responsible for ensuring your own inquiries and we provide no guarantee and accept no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information contained within the Details.
- You are responsible for checking, confirming, and satisfying yourself as to the authenticity of any Details.
- You are responsible for instructing the listed car and obtaining technical advice before committing to any purchase.
2. Buying a Car
Before purchasing a car You have read about on Carspace.in, You should ensure with the seller any information, including the price, location, and documentation that is important to your purchasing. Carspace.in is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of, any such vehicles listed on Carspace.in. It is not permitted to submit a lead or to enquire against a used car listing on Carspace.in for any other purpose than contacting the seller with the intent of purchasing the vehicle for own use by individuals. Amongst others, it is not permitted to submit a lead or to enquire against a used car listing on Carspace.in by any type of user, including but not limited to individuals, dealers, brokers, or other business entities, for purposes of data gathering, data mining or purchase for resale.
3. Adding Your Car
In order for You to offer a car for sale through our Sell Your Car portal for private sellers; You must have possession of the actual vehicle listed and the ability to transfer the title. To list a vehicle for sale on Carspace.in, sellers also are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller.
Responsibility for the information contained in each listing lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for the material You post, including listing information and photos of your vehicle. Nothing will undermine a user’s confidence in the vehicle You are looking to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the vehicle.
By listing a vehicle for sale on this Website, You agree to use the email addresses or phone no of those responding to your listing only to communicate with them about the potential sale of that vehicle.
4. Responsibility of Advertisements
Users are allowed to advertise only for the sale of used car . Any other advertisements are not allowed and will be removed.
Users are obliged to add correct and full information about their car. Carspace.in is not responsible for any damage arising from the placement of false information.
Users can include photos with their advertisements. These photos have to be representative of the car at the sale and infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
The wording of the advertisements should be in accordance with all laws and regulations of India.
5. Removal of Advertisements:
To preserve a representative and current database, Carspace.in the database must be as correct as possible. Users are required to remove their vehicle advertisements as soon as their vehicle is no longer for sale. Carspace.in expressly reserves the right to remove advertisements from its database when the vehicle can no longer be assumed to be for sale.
6. Limitations
In no event shall carspace or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on carspace Internet site,
7. Availability of the website
We strive to ensure that our website and the online Services are available to you at all times but cannot ensure that either the website or the Services will operate continuously, without any interruptions. On occasion, necessary maintenance or upgrade work requires us to make the website and the Services unavailable without notice, but we aim to keep downtime to a minimum.
